The extended barrel aging of our Reserve created a perfectly balanced wine with good structure and layers of complexity. This elegant wine begins with a beautiful deep garnet color. Aromas of Luxardo cherries, cinnamon, star anise and a hint of coffee lead to a luscious palate that is rich and layered with dark berry flavors, notes of black cherry, dried cranberries, espresso, leather, cherry cola and a hint of spice. Flavors of mocha, toasted oak and campfire linger on the silky, smooth finish. Aged for 30 months in 70% new oak, this vintage captures our favorite characteristics typical of our reserve! It's velvet in a bottle!
