This release of our popular Bordeaux blend begins with an inky purple color. Aromas of cherry cola, amaretto, and sarsaparilla introduce this elegant wine. The dark, rich palate has layers of complexity with flavors of black cherry, molasses, dark plum, and caramel with a hint of cinnamon and Crème Brûlée on the finish. The ’19 Ensemble is phenomenal on its own but is also a great food wine!
