Each year our El Tempo is our Cab-Syrah based blend and we love what the Carignane brings to the blend! This wine begins with a beautiful garnet hue. Aromas of leather lead to red fruit notes as it opens up in your glass. Aromas of raspberry jam, honeysuckle, and hints of maple lead to a palate full of red fruit. Flavors of raspberry, strawberry and plum are lively on the palate with notes of baking spice, rhubarb, toasted oak, and dried cranberries.
