When barrel sampling this wine in the Tasting Room, we discovered that this truly was a special wine enjoyed not only by Port connoisseurs but also those who were skeptical of dessert wines. Made from our very own Lock Vineyard Late Harvest Zinfandel, the Solera method of fractional blending produced a velvety smooth, non-vintage dessert wine full of fresh jammy fruit and barrel aged richness with outstanding complexity and depth.
