• The upcoming Fall 2022 Friends of Écluse Club Shipment will include 2 bottles each of our 2020 vintage wines: 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2020 Syrah, 2020 Zinfandel, 2020 Ensemble, 2020 Improv and 2020 Rendition. The shipment is $521.60 with the 20% club discount, before tax and shipping, if applicable.

Upon joining, I understand that I will be charged for the current club release and that I will receive the current shipment, which activates my membership. 

• I am at least 21 years old and aware that wine shipments are subject to federal, state and local laws. 
• I understand that I will be receiving the current shipment upon joining and I will receive the next annual fall club shipment of new releases in October. This is the only year that I will receive two automatic shipments.
• I authorize Écluse to bill my credit card approximately 3 weeks prior to release of the shipment. 
• I understand there is a minimum of 3 shipments, by club shipments or re-orders. After that time I may opt-out by email by September 1st of the current year or I will be charged and receive the current shipment. I must receive a cancellation confirmation email from Écluse. 
• Refused shipments will be charged a 25% restock fee, as well as all shipping fees incurred, before I receive a refund. 
• Federal law requires an adult signature for wine shipments. A business or FedEx location is preferred. Carriers can't deliver alcohol to PO Boxes. 
• If a shipment is rerouted, I understand that there are reroute fees from the shipper. I authorize Écluse to automatically charge these fees to my card on file. 
• Will Call shipments must be picked up by February 15th, after which time shipments that haven't been picked up will be shipped to the ship address on file and all shipping costs will be charged to the card on file. 
• I am responsible for all costs incurred as a result of misdirected & returned wine shipments. Wines that have to be re-shipped will be charged to my credit card. If the carrier has made 3 attempts to deliver the wine, I understand that the wine will be returned and I am responsible for all shipping fees. If it cannot be re-shipped, Écluse will refund my purchase less the 25% restock fee, as well as the shipping and handling charges incurred. 
• It is my responsibility to notify Écluse of any address changes.
