Ecluse Wines Shipping Policy

Please note that we usually ship on Mondays for most orders and will delay shipments to avoid temperature extremes. We are able to ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

We highly recommend shipping to a business address, as federal law requires someone 21 and older to sign for wine. If someone 21 or older is not available to sign, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to Écluse, resulting in additional shipping fees.

Rerouting shipments to a different address will result in a $18.00 rerouting fee from the carrier. Écluse will automatically charge your card if a shipment is rerouted or rescheduled. You are responsible for all costs incurred as a result of misdirected and returned wine shipments. Wines that have to be replaced will be charged separately to your credit card.

If a returned shipment cannot be redelivered, Écluse will refund your purchase to your credit card less a 25% restock charge plus the shipping and handling charges. Écluse requests that you notify us of any address change to avoid misdirected and/or returned shipments. We appreciate your understanding!
